Shipping times are different from order processing times.

All our items can only be shipped with our partner courier.

The shipment is always traceable and takes place in 24/72 depending on the area of Italy, for shipments to Switzerland the times due to customs operations can vary from 5 to 15 days - we therefore recommend ordering well in advance. The opening of parcels by customs does not make us responsible for any damage.

All possible customs duties are charged to the customer.

The shipment is not insured unless expressly requested by the customer with paid consideration.

In the event that the goods have not been insured but should arrive damaged or broken, there are NO refunds or replacements - there are no discounts on the new reorder - the insurance must be chosen and paid for when ordering before the departure of the goods in the section shipping.

- Any communication of: broken goods, defective goods such as paint problems, bubbles, breakages, and all damage visible to the naked eye must be communicated promptly and in any case no later than 7 days from receipt of goods to the following email address: [email protected].

----Only damages not visible to the naked eye such as mechanical problems, electrical problems, etc. that appear after the 7 day deadline will be considered valid with communication within 1 month.
